1. Firstly, I had to pick a topic to do my PSA on. I ultimately decided on the removal of Gay Conversion Camps as it is something I am very passionate about. I then searched for stock videos/photos to use. Once I rounded those up, I placed them in a folder on my desktop to keep them all in one location. I then opened up Premiere Rush and clicked on the blue plus button. Once in the editor, I added all my media to the box on the side. I then started placing the stock videos in the order I wished as well as adding black screen graphics for transitions. I added the dissolve effect on pretty much everything... it does wonders. I also went into the filter section and turned the exposure down to -1.50. I added a drop shadow with a blur of 78 onto the text to make it more visible. For music, I chose "Same Love" by Macklemore as the message of the song related to my PSA. Once I converted it into an MP3 file, I added it into my video as well as turning the volume down. I then added my voiceovers and exported the project. 

2. A PSA aims to deliver a message to the public while a commercial advertises a product.

3. I chose the removal of Gay Conversion Camps because it is a very important and personal topic for me. I wanted more people to know about it.
